Eligible products can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or contact us within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the return.
  3. We'll confirm whether the item is eligible and explain the next steps.

Before You Send an Item Back

Please keep the item and its packaging in the condition you received them, and don't send anything back until we have confirmed your return.
